phone is great, got in excellent condition, looked brand new no scuffs or scratches to indicate otherwise. only issue I had was how it was shipped. it was in a large box with use a little sleeve of bubble wrap on the phone and a loose piece of bubble wrap but would've been knocking around in the box. I didn't eexpect it to be new in origin box or anything but a bit of padding wouldnt have gone amiss. goes to show that these phones are stronger than they use to be but just felt like an unnecessary risk. overall happy with the phone. it's fun having a stylis again! it's my first refurbished phones. I won't lie i was skeptical but I have no complaints with the phone :)

We have bought 3 x phones from Back Market over the last year and happy with them all. The phones were different makes (Apple, Google, Samsung) for three different kinds of people wanting different things and each fitted with the research we did beforehand. Buying newly new (like cars) saves 25 - 33% and you can't tell the difference. However, don't tell everyone as you need people to buy new so there is a second hand market.

There are so many scams online for refurb and new phones it's difficult to know who to trust. After deciding to go with a refurb this time the only creditable choice looked to be Back Market I ordered an S24 ultra in good condition and it arrived the next day with not a mark on it. It looks brand new! The only slight niggle is the emails I got tracking the delivery gave a reference and link to the Royal mail website. They didn't work, that was because it was delivered by DPD. But as it arrived a day earlier than expected it was no big deal Overall, very happy with my experience. I would definitely use Back Market again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a refurb phone
