5/5I recently ordered a phone from the Back Market website, and my experience was simply wonderful! I chose the Samsung S24 Ultra model, and it exceeded all my expectations. The phone is in excellent condition, looks like new, and works flawlessly. I was especially pleased with the fast delivery – the order arrived the next day. This was my first purchase from this site, but I am completely satisfied. I now recommend Back Market to everyone looking for high-quality tech at a reasonable price!

5/5There are so many scams online for refurb and new phones it's difficult to know who to trust. After deciding to go with a refurb this time the only creditable choice looked to be Back Market I ordered an S24 ultra in good condition and it arrived the next day with not a mark on it. It looks brand new! The only slight niggle is the emails I got tracking the delivery gave a reference and link to the Royal mail website. They didn't work, that was because it was delivered by DPD. But as it arrived a day earlier than expected it was no big deal Overall, very happy with my experience. I would definitely use Back Market again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a refurb phone

1/5ordered a Samsung s24 ultra yesterday and have been sent a Samsung 23 FE.... Not happy at all. The samsung 23FE is worth much less even brand new from Samsung directly. Will not be using Back Market again.

5/5C'est mon 3ème achat sur Backmarket - cette fois-ci pour moi. Livraison turbo (J+2) d'un appareil dans un état esthétique impeccable (etat neuf), en version internationale, dual-SIM + eSIM. Mise en service immédiate, batterie neuve (5007 mAh sous AccuBattery). reception 5G optimale. Merci à Backmarket pour l'efficacité du service et au reconditionneur (Breezy returns) pour l'état du produit. Le S24 ultra est une bête de guerre et la capacité de 1 TB énorme, mais adaptée aux capacités de l'appareil (définition photo et vidéo, CPU/GPU autorisant le montage vidéo). 5 étoiles à nouveau pour backmarket et 5 étoiles pour le reconditionneur néerlandais qui fait très bien son boulot.

4.1/5la tapa trasera tiene un rayón de 1 mm más o menos y la lente del zoom la más grande tiene lo que parece o algo de polvo/suciedad o un rayoncito, no molesta ni afecta en las fotos, pero el estado decía excelente y pagar por el a precio de nuevo no lo veo muy bien...
