I recently ordered a phone from the Back Market website, and my experience was simply wonderful! I chose the Samsung S24 Ultra model, and it exceeded all my expectations. The phone is in excellent condition, looks like new, and works flawlessly. I was especially pleased with the fast delivery – the order arrived the next day. This was my first purchase from this site, but I am completely satisfied. I now recommend Back Market to everyone looking for high-quality tech at a reasonable price!

There are so many scams online for refurb and new phones it's difficult to know who to trust. After deciding to go with a refurb this time the only creditable choice looked to be Back Market I ordered an S24 ultra in good condition and it arrived the next day with not a mark on it. It looks brand new! The only slight niggle is the emails I got tracking the delivery gave a reference and link to the Royal mail website. They didn't work, that was because it was delivered by DPD. But as it arrived a day earlier than expected it was no big deal Overall, very happy with my experience. I would definitely use Back Market again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a refurb phone

I've wanted this phone for a while, so when I eventually did get it, wow! Awesome service from back market and awesome phone. Can't fault back market one bit!

Bought s24 ultra as described,fast turn around,traded in my s21 ultra got a great price.The phone is awesome,highly recommend.

Quick delivery, phone is immaculate, no issues at all. very pleased with the product I purchased. This is not my first purchase from BackMarket. I have been impressed with every one.

I mean, it looks in perfect condition and arrived 24hrs before it should have... all for half the price of a new S24 Ultra. Impressive!

the device works perfectly, the only defect is a slight scratch on the bottom of the phone but i put it in a case anyway so it doesn't matter.

My phone arrived in excellent condition just as advertised and working in like brand new. Battery life lasts me all day. Will definitely come to Back Market for an upgrade
