was nervous about purchasing from this site as I'd never heard of it before but I took a chance. Phone arrived well packaged and in good / excellent condition. Looks brand new & so far no regrets. Now I'm thinking of buying Samsung ear buds! Hopefully the same experience.

S24 ultra super phone compared to my trusted S21 5g that I've had for 3 years. Time for an upgrade and the S24 ultra doesn't disappoint in all depts,my favourite the incredible zoom on it. Oh the buying process from back market absolutely fantastic process.Thankyou.

I have used Samsung phones a lot and this one was amazing. I gritted my teeth and ordered the 'fair' phone, but it arrived looking like it was brand new! No visible scratches and the battery life (for me) is well over 24 hours. I did take a chance on this company but they have earned my solid respect over the price and quality of the phone.

We have bought 3 x phones from Back Market over the last year and happy with them all. The phones were different makes (Apple, Google, Samsung) for three different kinds of people wanting different things and each fitted with the research we did beforehand. Buying newly new (like cars) saves 25 - 33% and you can't tell the difference. However, don't tell everyone as you need people to buy new so there is a second hand market.
