    I purchased a replacement Galaxy S9, after having mine for the best part of 5 years it started having issues unlocking and the screen was starting to develop green lines, as I dont need an all singing and dancing phone as I don't use the features anyway other than whatsapp and Googlemaps I thought I would just get another S9 so I could keep my case and stuff, I opted for the slightly more expensive option and selected the "Excellent" condition version, it truely was excellent, not a scratch in sight, battery life is good as well still, would buy from here again and to be honest probably would not go back to O2 after this experience as the contracts cost a fortune and I don't need a new phone that I am paying for a bunch of new stuff I wouldnt use anyway.

    The Galaxy S9 arrived in perfect condition, it looked brand new! Bought in November 2021 and still going strong.(Feb 2024) Unfortunately, my screen got accidentally broken so I've ordered another one. I had no hesitation in returning to Back Market to replace my mobile phone and highly recommend the company. Excellent value for money, swift dispatch and well packaged items. Very reliable all round.

    Phone is better than expected. It's an S9 but came with Android 10 very pleased about that. Before I swapped my Sim into the phone I spent many days going through settings disabling lots of Apps and battery saving actions, enabling battery saving mode is not enough, had to go into every app to disable background usage. It was a week well spent as the phone is now sweet. That was not a Backmarket issue it is just the way Android is, I go two days between charges now. I will recommend friends to Backmarket if the opportunity arises.

    The only wy to give you positive feedbck from your e-mail is to click on some text that's written in french. If your customers don't spek / know french then you are missing the opportunity to get positive feedback. Apart from that the phone itself is great.

    Phone is brilliant. The quality was listed as 'fair' but the only flaw I could see was a few very small superficial scratches near the charging port so I'm very pleased. Dispatched and arrived very quickly. Second phone ordered from black market and I've been very pleased with both.

    I don't regret the purchase. I've had the phone about 2'ish years. The camera was not great: low resolution for a top-end phone, and there was a tiny mark in all the photos. Other than that, battery life was great, there were no scratches, and it served me well for 2 years. What got it in the end was the battery refusing to charge - it started giving warning signals and buzzing twice to dissuade me of the idea. I got it repaired in the phone repair shop, but when they had given it back to me the SIM card stopped working. I have chased up with them and they said I'd probably have to send it to the factory and a flash reset was my last hope. I tried that, but no luck. 3/5. Not much of a photographer but if I hoped for its advertised camera quality I'd probably be a bit more disappointed. As it was, the phone was cheap and fit for my purposes. The 5 star system puts my review at a 4/5 based on a number of scales. I'd put it at 3/5.

    phone was perfect in every technical aspect. functioning perfectly and with absolutely no damage could have been a bit cleaner (had some organic residue around buttons and holes) but nothing that a tissue+toothpick and 15min of TLC could not deal with
