The Galaxy S9 arrived in perfect condition, it looked brand new! Bought in November 2021 and still going strong.(Feb 2024) Unfortunately, my screen got accidentally broken so I've ordered another one. I had no hesitation in returning to Back Market to replace my mobile phone and highly recommend the company. Excellent value for money, swift dispatch and well packaged items. Very reliable all round.

Wasn't to sure whether I had done the right thing in buying a refurbished phone . But i shouldn't have been .The phone looks brand new.No scratches just pristine condition. Works straight out of the box . Thank you .

I don't usually buy refurbished electrical but i really can't fault it. The website was quick and easy to use the both back market and the company that sold through them, have an a quick and efficient service. Really happy with my new phone, the quality of my phone was a lot better standard to what I thought. delivery was a bit long but definitely worth the wait. I was able to track my order from the moment I placed my order which was brilliant.

Nice phone. Just was all in foreign language. Took ages to set phone up as wasnt in English-speaking. Eventually got there!
