    My Google Pixel 7 Pro 128GB last week. Pleased with the phone, i bought it as refurbished but it is just as good as new, I am impressed. This is the third phone I have brought from Back Market and they never disappoint.

    I didn't want to a buy a brand new cheap model phone. So I found this website and decided to go for a couple year old phone as I've always wanted a pixel but didn't want to spend a stupid amount. The quality and condition of the phone is absolutely brilliant. I'm even considering getting a console from here in the near future and I never usually buy refurbished goods after previous experiences, but these arrived and work like they're brand new out of the box. 100% recommend

    The Google pixel 7 Pro arrived a day earlier than expected. The phone was in immaculate condition with no sign of wear and has operated without issue. I would definitely recommend backmarket as they are a very safe and secure way of getting a great phone.

    It was my first time using back market but it had been used by my partner a few times before, so he recommended it to me when I said I wanted a new phone. Buying phones refurbished honestly saves you so much money compared to buying new and the phones are completely functional. I've had this phone for nearly a month now and have had no problems at all. The battery lasts, the functionality is all great, the phone itself is in great condition! Using back market was really easy and I even traded in my last two phones to get more money off of this one! The only thing to mention is I did have to buy a new charger as the charger it came with doesn't do the super fast charging, only Google chargers do that. But considering how much money I saved, I didn't mind. Highly recommend using back market, will probably be buying refurbished phones from now on!

    This was my first experience of buying refurbished goods. Hence I was apprehensive about undertaking the transaction. The ordering and delivery of the phone were seamless . I recall that the phone arrived within two days. It is indistinguishable from a brand new product: the phone is pristine and the packaging seemed original and new. To date everything has worked as it should, and I am delighted with the whole experience. I purchased an insurance policy with the phone, and then (unwisely) decided to cancel it. No problem. The money was refunded promptly and customer service (Arthur) was unrivalled. With service like this I would not contemplate using any other supplier.

    Loved my old Pixel 7 Pro and didn't really want to switch to another phone when the screen gave up after multiple drops (Owps!) Always been hesitant about having refurbished phones but took the punt as I didn't want to pay brand new costs as I was still in my contract. Finding the phone I wanted and the grade I wanted was super easy and this one arrived in perfect condition the next day and looks just like new! I've had no issues so far and would recommend Back Market to anyone looking for a refurbished phone!

    There is huge selection of refurbished models and grades at sensible prices. I ordered a good condition and honestly it was like brand new, I am so pleased and so far had no issues. So not only a bargain but also helping the environment. Recycling at its best !
