Super happy with my Google Pixel 7 Pro, good price, fantastic phone spec. Battery life is great for reconditioned device. This is probably my 5th device fro Back Market which is now my go to for tech.

I was previously using a cheap Nokia smartphone but the Pixel 7 Pro is of a much higher calibre and as I slowly get used to it and discover its capabilities, I am increasingly impressed. This was my first experience of buying refurbished goods. Hence I was apprehensive about undertaking the transaction. The ordering and delivery of the phone were seamless . I recall that the phone arrived within two days. It is indistinguishable from a brand new product: the phone is pristine and the packaging seemed original and new. To date everything has worked as it should, and I am delighted with the whole experience. I purchased an insurance policy with the phone, and then (unwisely) decided to cancel it. No problem. The money was refunded promptly and customer service (Arthur) was unrivalled. With service like this I would not contemplate using any other supplier.

Loved my old Pixel 7 Pro and didn't really want to switch to another phone when the screen gave up after multiple drops (Owps!) Always been hesitant about having refurbished phones but took the punt as I didn't want to pay brand new costs as I was still in my contract. The phone arrived with not a single blemish on the surface, which I would say is way more than "very good" condition. I often forget to charge my phone, and with my old phone i would have to charge it multiple times a day, but that's not a problem with this phone, the battery can last for multiple days it's amazing!!! Highly recommend buying refurbished over brand new, can't even tell the difference!!!

Had my new Google Pixel 7 Pro for a few weeks now, took a 'gamble' purchasing one at "fair" quality to save some money, and am so glad I did. The device is basically perfect and has no obvious hardware defects. Software is glitchless, too.
