    absolutely perfect!! i ordered the iphone 12 pro in good condition and there are ZERO faults. the phone feels as if it’s brand new; it’s not slow, battery life is as it should be and there are no visible scratches to the eye!! i was sceptical ordering refurbished phones but this has definitely changed my view on this. no complaints!! 10/10

    After having to return an iPhone 11 Pro to another well-known "used tech" store, because they clearly don't "refurbish" phones and sold me a "B" grade item with only 77% battery health, I decided to check reviews of companies that sell properly refurbished phones. This led me to Back Market as they seem to be very responsive to customer queries, clearly are proud of their reputation and aim to help customers with any problems. Although the warranty on my iPhone 12 Pro is only for one year (as opposed to 5 years offered by the other store) I felt more confident that this phone would last me a good while. It arrived, with FREE delivery, very quickly, well-packaged and the phone was without any obvious signs of use, despite not being the top grade, and with a battery health of 86% (which keeps its charge for a good while). This phone is a better model than the one I returned, but cost the same price. It works very well and I'm very pleased with the service I have received (so far) from Back Market.

    I went for the iPhone 12 Pro 512 GB in excellent condition and could not be happier with my purchase. Having read the reviews, I was careful to choose one refurbished by Loop Mobile, as they seemed to have the best feedback. The phone arrived within 48 hours of placing the order. A couple of very minor scuffs on the metal but the screen and camera lenses look immaculate and the battery health more than acceptable at 88%. Excellent value for money and a big step up from my old 7 plus, which I also purchased from Back Market. With this kind of service, I have no idea why anyone would want to buy a new phone. Top job guys!

    I am very pleased with my iPhone 12 Pro that I purchased from back market. I had an iPhone 6 and it broke so it was time for a more update phone. I ordered the phone and it arrived in only two days. It had 98% battery which I was very pleased with. It barely had any scratches after I had purchased the phone in ‘fair’ condition.     I have had an iphone xR from brand new and wanted an upgrade. I use my phone regularly but don’t care about the big ones or latest. I recently bought an ipad on Backmarket and couldn’t be happier, like brand new, so thought why not let’s get the iphone 12 pro. I was going to get a 13 or 14 but why pay so much extra for the same software updates. In around 12-18 months, I will probably use backmarket again to get a refurbished iphone 15 or something at a lower price. Just makes sense. I’m not into photography but do love the triple camera on this phone. It is a good upgrade from my XR, but use it mainly for social media/calls/texts and has the same software as the iphone 15, so what’s not to love. It was a LOOP mobile refurbished too. 
the excellent condition is worth it as it is like a brand new phone. No scratches or anything. Battery health is 84% but for what I use it for, I’m happy as I know the battery is original. Love the blue colour too. Only a little scuff around the charger but that’s from being in a case which shows it’s been well cared for.
