    honestly i am so impressed with the condition of this phone with it being in FAIR condition and it being £260!!! (iphone 13 128gb in starlight colour). i so deffo recommend it to anyone who is looking for a phone on a budget and don’t mind it being refurbished. even tho this is a refurb, it looks brand new and i got it with 88% battery capacity, and no cosmetic damage (a VERY little scratch on the front but it is barely noticeable). great job backmarket!!!! :))

    We purchased a Fair condition phone for our daughter for Christmas. It is in fantastic condition. She is extremely happy with it. Absolutely no complaints about anything so far. The battery power is good and everything works perfectly. I'm considering a reconditioned phone when mine needs replacing.     I had slight reservations about buying a phone that was sold as refurbished. I wanted a brand new one! Turns out though I literally did get a brand new one! The condition of the phone was remarkable. There was only the tiniest of marks on it which took a good inspection to find. The battery life is fantastic and the capacity was about 84% if my memory serves me right. Couldn’t recommend Back Market enough and will definitely use in future.

    So far I am absolutely delighted with my refurbished iPhone 13 it is everything it said it would be. It came very quickly and well packed. I haven’t yet received the refund on my iPhone 11. Once the money is in the bank . This is the second refurbished phone and an Apple Watch from Back market and they have all been excellent. The exchange refund on my iPhone 11 worked brilliantly. Money safely in the bank so upgrade achieved painlessly and for a reasonable outlay.

    Aye my refurbished iPhone 13 is grand. Phone came quickly and well wrapped. It’s a Fair model so it has bumps and paint scrapes but no dents or bashes. The battery goes up to 100% which I’m chuffed about. Refurbished phones are definitely the way forward. Has taken a bit of time going from a Samsung to Apple, no proper back button and the set up of picture scrolling and a few other things aren’t as good. Will probably go back to Samsung with my next phone but wanted to try Apple for once. Would highly recommend BackMarket, good little unit altogether.
