    I ordered the pink iphone 15plus but instead received a blue one with a note saying they couldnt source a pink one in the quality i had picked, if i had been told this before receiving it it wouldve certainly been better.     The phone was delivered very quickly and in perfect condition as if I had brought it brand new. I love the phone and saved around £130 off the brand new price, and a further £226 with my trade in so will have paid around £550 for what is a £900 phone. I have been very sceptical about ‘trade in schemes’ having had a less than pleasant experience with EE, however BackMarket was very easy and paid reasonable value and I have now sold / traded in multiple items and got a good price in return for the respective items. Very happy with the experience and purchase and will definitely use them in the future for any tech needs I may have.
