I’ve never bought a refurbished phone and have always been skeptical about it but this purchase changed my mind. The phone came in excellent condition with 100% battery capacity which was something I was scared about initially. It did not come in the authentic box or with an authentic charger but I have no complaints as the phone arrived as described with not a single fault or scratch to be identified. I am very happy with my purchase!

I loved it! Amazing phone and my favorite iPhone I’ve had so far. However, the screen went black and stopped working after only a few weeks of use. I’m sending it back and will be happy to have it replaced with the same model. Back Market has been super quick and easy to use in this process, so I hope my issue will be resolved just as smoothly. I ordered the pink iphone 15plus but instead received a blue one with a note saying they couldnt source a pink one in the quality i had picked, if i had been told this before receiving it it wouldve certainly been better. Other than this issue the phone works great, battery was 100%, and the quality was excellent like i chose, cannot tell it is a used phone. Thanks

The phone was delivered very quickly and in perfect condition as if I had brought it brand new. I love the phone and saved around £130 off the brand new price, and a further £226 with my trade in so will have paid around £550 for what is a £900 phone. I have been very sceptical about ‘trade in schemes’ having had a less than pleasant experience with EE, however BackMarket was very easy and paid reasonable value and I have now sold / traded in multiple items and got a good price in return for the respective items. Very happy with the experience and purchase and will definitely use them in the future for any tech needs I may have.
