    I was honestly a little scared cause it was my first time getting a refurbished product and good lord the phone was absolutely beautiful and spotless.It looks brand new like it has never been touched the battery capability was a 100% it came with an actual apple cord and a sim ejector...I highly recommend buying from here cause its really worth it.Thank you back market.

    Delivery (DPD) was excellent and a day early. The refurbished iPhone 10S is in excellent condition, the battery showing 100% when tested. Transfer from my old (also a refurbished) iPhone 8was seamless, if a little long winded. Will definitely be back when this phone is up for replacement.

    having used BM many times before, I ordered an Iphone XS for my dad "excellent" grade, as per my past experiences phone arrived and looked brand new, even had the original protectors on so i would say it was probably brand new old stock. over the moon another top job 10/10 from me.

    Very happy with my iPhone XS. I selected very good condition , and it is really good- except for an annoyingly placed 0.5cm defect in the middle of the screen. So maybe on reflection, because of its location- I would categorise this phone as being in good condition. Battery health is 93% Delivery, value and ease of purchase was top notch.
