    Works almost like new. Trackpad is a little off but that might be a result of installing a different OS. One mark on the lid but otherwise undamaged. Can't expect much more from a refurbished piece of kit so I'm very happy with the purchase.

    I've bought a couple of refurbished Lenovo Think Pads for our field team over the past 12 months but they were from a different refurbisher, not through BackMarket. As the other company didn't have any in stock when I needed another one, and having purchased 3 refurbished mobiles from Back Market before and been delighted, I thought I'd give one a go. The laptop works perfectly and is quick, suggesting that much of the bloat associated with new equipment has been removed. The case is a bit 'shiny', unlike the matt finish I've received before so I suspect this has been done to try to make the laptop look as good as it could, and someone went a bit overboard with the dashboard polish! Personally, I'd have preferred a slightly scratched matt finish but this is a minor gripe. I'm in the process of loading some diagnostic software and this is a time consuming and tricky process but the laptop seems to be handling it ith ease, so if it performs as well in the field once it reaches its new owner, I'll be a happy shopper.

    Very nice :3 Came in described condition however the battery runs fast but i wont put that down to the refurbishers and lenovo instead, would defo recommend! (Decorated it a bit too)

    Exactly as described—working great—fully able to edit the machine to my needs also (for windows users: just update your drivers and the additional Lenovo updates and it’ll run smoothly). Installed a Linux distro on the laptop and I’m having loads of fun already. Great Thinkpad, five stars. Very fast service too!

    I must say I was amazed by how clean the computer was. It was like brand new . The set up was good and ready to go .     The chromebook was in good condition and worked very well. My only feedback would bee that it came with a US spec keyboard. I was offered a full refund when I reported this but my daughter was happy to keep it. Very good customer service

    Absolutely amazing! What a great little gadget, you will have to but the stylus separate however, for what I use it for it’s not really needed. You can just use the touchscreen like a tablet when you fold over the keyboard. Couldn’t have treated myself to a better laptop to start the year.
