    Despite sending completely the wrong camera and lens, the seller had the audacity to give me a partial refund instead of the full amount. I had to fight quite hard to get a full refund but eventually I did. I feel like this seller is deliberately trying to scam people by sending cheaper models than what is advertised and hoping they don't notice. Avoid this seller at all costs. Absolute scammers.

    I'm almost entirely satisfied. The device is perfect and I'm very happy with it. However, I'm rather worried about the battery life, which runs down quite quickly even when I'm not using it and it's switched off. Following this problem, I took the battery out of the device and discovered a label with the contact details of the device's previous owner. I can therefore deduce that the battery has not been changed. I was expecting a reconditioned device in perfect condition to have a new battery. Too bad... Apart from this little problem, I'm completely satisfied with the product, it's as good as new!

    Product as new, arrived on time, excellent packaging, including shoulder strap, lens cap, original charger and 8GB SD card completely empty and in excellent condition. Unfortunately for those with macOs 10.0 and later devices it is not possible to download the official Sony photo editing app to pc and it is difficult to transfer images from SD card to pc. Try it with an SD card reader. Otherwise the product does not have a single scratch, arrived clean and perfectly packaged with all original sony parts. (selected the quality option 'excellent') Excellent functionality for those new to photography. 4 stars because going to zoom beyond 50x, in digital, the digital viewfinder does not support well at the software level the magnification and you see everything black, while it works perfectly the vision on the screen even at 100x.
