    Very pleased with this although needed to load drivers for it and then adjust settings as old Monitor smaller screen and I was unable to access the start button so could not access settings or shutdown - but that's me technically inept - all sorted now and very happy

    I have bought several items on Back Market and have been very satisfied in every case. Goods have arrived safely and quickly and exactly as described. They are almost 'as new' while being around 1/3 the new price. Pricing is a bit quirky though- the same model may be on sale at several very different prices for no very obvious reason.     What a great experience, despite an initial fault with a component. Received my order quickly and really well packaged and protected. The monitor was in perfect working order and was a real bargain. The stand was faulty and I had to contact the customer service team.
