I got the wrong laptop, a Toshiba Protege instead of a Tecra but I'm happy with what I got. Laptop looks good and works good, and is value for money. As I was desperate to replace my broken down laptop due to urgent work needs, I would have not been able to afford returning it from a ligistic point of view unless it was broken. The company made no communication with me that the don't have a Tecra therefore they're sending me a Protege instead, so I can just assume it was a mistake on their part. The specifications are the same so again, happy with what they sent.

my order arrived, the laptop itself was in excellent condition. I however did a factory reset as there was still apps and files installed. however the charger that accompanied the laptop made minimal contact with the charging port, I would go as far as saying it was the wrong charger.

The truth is that right now I am without a handle and I needed a laptop. I had bought other things on the web and they had always been a success so without thinking too much I searched a little and bam. The one I wanted, perfect and affordable. A great success.
