In a bid to gift my wife a birthday surprise, I ordered Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G 128GB for her, which she turned out not to like because it didn't meet her expectations. However, the phone was neat and nice except that the battery wasn't so great. I also expected the camera to be superb, being 108mp, but surprisingly, it didn't meet my expectations. As a result of this, I had to return the phone, and I must say the whole process was seamless and remarkable. My customer service experience was quite outstanding.

Ordered Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G listed as excellent condition. Truly, there is not a mark on it. It arrived a day earlier than originally estimated and Backmarket kept me informed the whole way through the process. I've never bought a used phone before, and was a bit worried but I'd like to reassure anyone else that product quality and customer service are second to none.

hi ordered an s20 samsung galaxy as we wanted to retain the sd card option. It arrived promptly. However the phone was still locked to Verison. The customer help team contacted the seller and the issue was sorted quickly. great value combined with geat service. Thanks

Device arrived as described and had a normal life until it failed (Although this was as a result of aging, and was to be excepted eventually.) Returned under warranty (Screen is costly to fix so it is understandable) Didn't come with official cables, but they worked. The device was great and I recommend this seller, quick to respond and even offer refund past 30 days.

this is the second phone i have ordered from this site and i am really pleased with the quality of the products i have bought i am pleased and i will use them again i would recommend this site to everyone if you want to save money then use Back market because you want be disappointed

Ordered the phone (Samsung S20 Ultra) delivered quicker than detailed on the confirmation by DPL - with tracking & packaged up so well for delivery. All working as expected copied the data from my old phone

The phone came as described. Excellent condition. I had problems with the phone losing signal from my service provider 3 I had to keep turning the sim off and back on to get a connection. I tried another sim from someone on Lebara and that worked with no issues. I changed my provider to Lebara and no issues since.

Delivery was fast and without incident.The phone looked as good as new.For the first few days I had some issues with it- it wouldn't always unlock when I swiped the screen and I had to turn it off and on again to get it working. I was about to organise a return but then it seemed to settle and, touchwood, it's been absolutely fine since-no problems whatsoever. So, I'm very pleased.

So for my experience with this phone so far is really good.It arrived pretty quick, fully charged and in good order. It was really tidy in its appearance. Thank you Back market. I will order from you in the future.
