Ordered the phone (Samsung S20 Ultra) delivered quicker than detailed on the confirmation by DPL - with tracking & packaged up so well for delivery. All working as expected copied the data from my old phone

Device arrived as described and had a normal life until it failed (Although this was as a result of aging, and was to be excepted eventually.) Returned under warranty (Screen is costly to fix so it is understandable) Didn't come with official cables, but they worked. The device was great and I recommend this seller, quick to respond and even offer refund past 30 days.

this is the second phone i have ordered from this site and i am really pleased with the quality of the products i have bought i am pleased and i will use them again i would recommend this site to everyone if you want to save money then use Back market because you want be disappointed

The phone came as described. Excellent condition. I had problems with the phone losing signal from my service provider 3 I had to keep turning the sim off and back on to get a connection. I tried another sim from someone on Lebara and that worked with no issues. I changed my provider to Lebara and no issues since.

The service was great. up to date info pretty much every day. delivery was nice and quick. the phone arrived in great condition for a FAIR device. unfortunately I have experienced a slight issue with the charging port, and after having it tested, it is confirmed that the charging port needs replacing, which requires me to spend £89 to get it replaced, as the phone only charges normal speed. yet the phone has fast charging and super fast charging capability. for a phone to which I spent £200 on I would expect those charge options to work. apart from that the phone is good.

Lovely phone, came in amazing condition even on good rating and even came with a basic black case which is perfect for me while I wait for one I ordered to come thank you!

Bought as a replacement for my wife's phone. She is happy with it as can do a lot more with it and a far better camera.
