It's my 2nd purchase with Back Market and I couldn't be more happy (again): the phone looks as a brand new phone, works perfectly and was delivered before the estimated time. Both my phones were purchased here and If you want a refurbished phone I strongly advise you to purchase from them.

I've never purchased a refurbished phone before, but I am over the moon with my purchase and so glad I opted for this option when I needed an upgrade. My s23 arrived in the condition of a brand new phone and runs perfectly. I would definitely use this option again if I needed a new phone.

Very sraightforward purchase and the phone was despatched and arrived the very next day. The phone was in excellent condition and even included a protective cover. So l am very pleased with my first experience of buying refurbished from bavkmarket.

Picked the good condition, very nice phone brilliant. The only thing I'm a little bit unsure is the battery as it doesn't last long (I do know it's a refurbished phone) but I bought phones from here before that had s better performance.

Picked a great refurbished Samsung Galaxy S23. Really happy with it. Looks and works just as a new phone would. Speedy delivery in sturdy packaging. Def would recommend back market

Ordered the Samsung Galaxy s23 in good condition. I am over the moon, there is genuinely not a mark on it. It looks brand new and runs like a dream, battery life is top notch too. If you are umming and ahhing about orderin a phone from this company just go for it. I will definately be back in the future 😁🤘

Only good things to say about Back Market. I bought my Samsung Galaxy S23 in 'Excellent' condition and it looks like a brand new phone. Battery life is amazing, I'm only having to charge it every 2 days and I can't fault it. I can't see any reason to buy a premium quality phone because I've no idea how it can be any better. delivery was very fast and communication was excellent. I'll be buying all my tech from these guys from now on. There's no reason to buy new as far as I can see.
