Fantastic condition and delivered on time

Sender messed up the postal code and item was delivered late - meaning I had to divert myself and travel / work plans. Absolutely ridiculous already, but ultimately the phone is unusable. All this trouble for a bugged out / bricked piece. Thank you, backmarket and seller, for destroying a perfectly normal expectation of something working. Who knows when I'll get help and a refund.

Fingerprint irritates me many time it stop working most of the time

Order and delivery went well and quickly, 2 days (express) were kept. The mobile phone is externally in top condition, battery lasts 2 days. Unfortunately, after about 2 weeks the camera was defective, no more focus of the camera possible, click when changing mode. However, after an update, the front camera works without any problems. I suspect a hardware problem.

Experience at Back Market, rather on 2 measures. Here's my story with a Google Pixel 5a phone bought in January 2023. The order and delivery were impeccable, and the phone looked as good as new (bought for around £340). In September 2023, the screen suddenly turned black and it was impossible to restart the phone. I opened an after-sales service, which went very well: they replaced the phone with another one without any problem (apparently a battery problem, perhaps a problem during repackaging). In March 2024, the same problem occurred, the screen suddenly went blank and I couldn't turn the phone back on... again. I contacted the after-sales service, but this time it wasn't the same: the 12-month warranty had expired, and even if you're given a new phone during the first after-sales service, the warranty isn't extended. It was impossible to get a sales gesture for a new warranty. The only thing I'm offered is a discount code of 5% instead of 3% on a phone purchase on the site... It's obvious that I'll never buy another phone from this site after this experience, so the offer is completely irrelevant. No complaints. Phone in perfect condition. Would recommend.
