The difference between second hand (buyer beware!) and refurbished (supplier’s reputation at stake) was very clear throughout the selection and buying process. I’ve got what - to me, at least - is a new iPad for half the new price. So it’s a naff gold back, but I keep it in a fully enclosed case anyway. So it’s a white surround rather than black, but I got used to that in about three seconds. The important elements on my checklist were clearly described, namely a flawless screen and a minimum of 85% of the original battery life. Very happy with my purchase and confident that it will continue to live up to all expectations.

It was my first time ordering on Backmarket and it went amazingly! I received the iPad two days after ordering and when I received it, I doubted it was refurbished since it was such in a perfect state. It also works as well as a new one, I’ll definitely buy from Backmarket again!!

I was skeptical ordering off here and it has turned out to be okay. First things first when my iPad was delivered it was in very minimal, thin packaging making it very susceptible to damage whilst being delivered. However the appearance of the iPad , which I ordered in the condition “Good”, is immaculate not a single mark not the whole thing. I am very pleased with how it looks and how it runs especially for the price I do think I got a bargain. However the one thing that I’m not very pleased about considering it’s is in “Good” condition is the battery health and level. The health of the battery stands at 79% which is very very low especially for an apple device it doesn’t hold charge for very long and it takes a whole day to charge up to 100%. So I don’t think that would be classed as “Good”. But nonetheless I am happy with it and everything went smoothly so I would recommend but possible if I were to order again I was get it in excellent condition in hope that the battery is better.

The condition was probably better than good in all honesty! We did have multiple issues getting data onto it from another iPad, and it only worked once we backed up the other iPad to iCloud and got the data from the backup, but that's an Apple issue. The screen is a little bit bigger and definitely better visually too than the older iPads. It feels like a great sweet spot between price and performance. It's where Back Market seems to work well. Very new models are usually better bought from manufacturers as far as I can see.

ordered an excellent condition ipad for my daughter. amazing condition, fast delivery and brilliant communication about updates. seller even put a brand new case and little bits in with the ipad. overall I'm very happy and over the moon for money I spent.

Recieved the iPad really fast with tracking. And the iPad itself was in really good condition, hardly any scuffs and scratches. I am really pleased with my purchase. This gives me the confidence to shop here again when I am looking to save money on another device.
