    ordered ‘good’ and came practically brand new, no issues with the body whatsoever. Also came very early than the expected delivery date✊✊.     iPad ordered came even better than expected. Only ordered Fair condition and came in pretty much mint with very few signs of wear. Also included fast charger and good quality Lightning cable!     The difference between second hand (buyer beware!) and refurbished (supplier’s reputation at stake) was very clear throughout the selection and buying process. I’ve got what - to me, at least - is a new iPad for half the new price. So it’s a naff gold back, but I keep it in a fully enclosed case anyway. So it’s a white surround rather than black, but I got used to that in about three seconds. The important elements on my checklist were clearly described, namely a flawless screen and a minimum of 85% of the original battery life. Very happy with my purchase and confident that it will continue to live up to all expectations.

    Ipad arrived on time, it works and no scratches or anything to suggest it is second hand. Really pleased! However, the product was supposed to come with a charger. I messaged the customer services email and they quickly responded with a credit to purchase one. The cable is available in their online shop but the adapter is not. If they were both available and within the credit amount, I would ignored the slip-up. Here's hoping something will become available soon! :)
