is absolutely beautiful!!! i got good, 256 in space grey and its an absolute beauty. battery life is just as new, drains sliiiightly quicker but im not too concermed about that. only one visible dent and honestly it doenst matter becuase its going to get covered by a case. super super happy with my purchase, thank you back market!!

In one word: Lovely The iPad was in mint condition as advertised. It was officially registered as a refurbished sale with Apple and therefore covered by Apple's remaining original warranty, with the option to add AppleCare+ on top of it. Backmarket offers their own insurance products as well to cover it from accidental damage. What's not to like?

I just can’t fault Backmarket at all. I’ve had an iPad, a MacBook, a iphone, an Apple Watch, and an Apple Pencil from here. Ranging from fair to excellent condition and quite frankly they’ve all been immaculate. The Apple pencil was in its original packaging. All of the technology was wrapped so well when it was delivered super secure and packed with lots of protection. All of the tech sets up as if brand new and the support from the company post purchase is incredible 10 out of 10 company would forever recommend.

This was my first time purchasing a refurbished device from Back Market and I was extremely impressed. Will be purchasing from here in the future

I’ve always wanted a iPad but seemed pricey at Apple and I’m usually on my phone than an iPad so i figured I’d buy from back market, I’ve loved it since the day opened it. It looks more rose gold then gold but that’s exactly the colour I wanted, got a fair condition iPad 128gb but it’s excellent in my opinion will be purchasing another for my brother.

Bought a refurbished iPad from Backmarket, and it’s been great! Looks almost brand new, works perfectly, and the battery life is solid. Delivery was fast, and the whole process was smooth. Definitely recommend if you’re after quality tech at a good price!

The iPad arrived sooner than initially advised which was great. The condition of the device was amazing. The battery health was 95%! If I ever need a refurbished product, I will definitely consider using Back Market again.

i’ve had my iPad for a week or so now, and i’ve been really impressed! i bought it in ‘good’ condition and there were a few minor scratches on the back and on the actual screen. but honestly after applying a glass screen protector and a putting on good quality case, you’d forget that it’s a refurbished device. battery life is pretty solid too. wasn’t too happy about the packaging as it was quite literally flying about in the box with no real protection (i’ve seen other reviewers experience the same thing, so i knew to expect this) but thankfully no damage to the actual ipad. but that aside, i’m really happy with my purchase, i think refurbished is the best way to go!
