The phone arrived promptly and in very good condition. I have now been using it for about one month and so far so good. I would definitely recommend a reconditioned phone.

battery isn't great, pretty much same level as the phone I was replacing (which was exact same model). Everything else seems spot on though. In hindsight I think I paid a bit too much, but would consider another refurb in future.

So far I am impressed with the phone. Excellent camera. Fingerpint sensor is the best I have used. Recognizes the fingerprint first time, every time, which makes opening the phone very fast. The speaker quality is very poor. And the phone arrived without the phone to phone adapter to copy files across, which was a dissapointment. One big plus with Back Market is they offer insurance at very reasonable rates and far cheaper than when buying a phone under contract. Having use the camera for a while, I am impressed with the camera. Colours are vibrant and editing software is easy to use. Aso the battery ife is exceptional. My biggest bugbear is transferring files from the phone to my PC laptop. It is a complicated pathway and counter-intuitive. However, once you have repeated it enough times you should be able to remember it without referring to YouTube tutorials.

The phone looks great inside out. The screen and the back are scratch free and definitely in excellent condition as advertised. Only a minor issue though - I could find fine dust and stain in the screen-body green and back of the phone that I was able to easily clean after a few tries. If that was handled better, I guess the phone is as good as new! Also, it would be nice if these phones that need a fast charger are actually sold with a charger. I started using it, so I will get to know about the battery health in the new few weeks. So far so good. Thanks to Backmarket and the seller.

phone was great quality, good price. battery has seemed to last a lot less longer, but is still fully usable. would highly recommend back market!

Works perfectly, came with a charger also. The only downside was that it didn’t come in a box so gifting it as a present was hard. But I’m happy with the purchase and would shop here again :)
