Just received my iPad Pro and it is in immaculate condition and with protective covering still intact, you wouldn’t be able to tell it apart from a brand new one. I have check all the buttons/camera/speakers are all working correctly and the do! It even came with genuine apple charger which other purchases I’ve made did not.

I am very happy with the iPad - I am very fussy with the condition of tech, and this iPad definitely matched the description of the condition. I have had cases in the past (not on BackMarket) where I’ve sent tech back because it was not in the very good / excellent condition that was claimed. I am very happy with this iPad though, and I got it on a great deal as well. The iPad also arrived earlier than expected.

Well it did take me quite a while to decide which way to go forward on buying another iPad . Money rather tight , I decided to buy a used one . My last iPad Air I purchased around 8-9 years ago so using this one is just phenomenal. The service was brilliant,comes with a years warranty which is good . Delivered within the given time and very very well securely packaged . So far I am very pleased with this purchase . Thank you .

The product arrived very quickly and looked amazing. The condition was exactly as described and we loved the product. However, within a week/10 days it no longer charges. We have tried the charger it came with on other devices and its not the charger, it must be the device. We will probably be sending the product back and hoping it can be fixed as we initially would have given a 5* review.
