I have bought several laptops, desktops and tablets from Back Market. This one was for my partner. She's and using it now and is well pleased with it. Of all the back Market products so far only one failed and it was replaced with a better, newer one which I am currently typing this on. I will (as they say) be back, probably for a reconditioned iWatch.

the first ipad i received did not meet the grade specification but back market and the refurbisher sorted it out in a timely manner and i am very happy with my replacement device! highly recommend using back market as their customer service is amazing in my experience! delivery is quick, returns are quick, decisions on whether the refurbisher will repair/replace/refund are quick! great service throughout my experience, everything is explained well and is very understandable which is important for me as an autistic person! it’s also great because you save so much money while also saving the environment and saying no to modern slavery while also getting a quality device that is practically new!

There was no single visible scratch . Laptop looked as brand new as can be, no evidence of wear , it works fine no issues as of yet and hopefully none will occur. Best decision ever made saving money by buying a refurbished Mac Pro rather than brand new, hopefully it lasts as long.

I ordered the M1 Pro 14 inch with 16gb RAM in GOOD condition. All I can say is that I was left very satisfied with the service and the product itself. The general condition of the laptop is impeccable aside from one teeny tiny scratch on the top of the laptop which isn’t a big deal for me. The battery health is in the high 80s which isn’t too bad either. I highly recommend BackMarket for anyone who’s still sceptical about purchasing refurbished devices. Very worth it in my opinion 🤝🏽

My macbook 2020 13.3 - inch 16GB SSD 512 QWERTY arrived today and it was in good condition. Looked brand new with barely any scratches. Hard to tell it has been refurbished (I ordered good). Initially had challenges with mac not coming on but was able to fix that quickly following the online support instructions. Super pleased with the excellent service and smooth process. Highly recommend

I took a chance and went with Back Market, and I couldn't be happier! I went for an Ipad air 2020 model, with the 2nd generation pencil. I've never used Apple products before and I needed the Ipad for work, so this was a big investment for me. Back Market has provided me with an Ipad that looks, feels and operates as if it was brand new. I'm absolutely over the moon with my product. And, it was shipped to my door in just a couple of days. I'll definitely be shopping with Back Market again!

I was a bit nervous about buying a refurbished Mac but when I got it in my hands I felt so happy about my decision! The delivery was fast and the MacBook spotless!! I paid for the “excellent” condition and it was just it: EXCELLENT. I’ve been using it for three months now and it works perfectly. It came with 100% battery health, which makes me feel like I bought a brand new phone from apple. I’m definitely buying again from Backmarket!

For me refurb is the new new. The MacBook was delivered promptly and with regular updates on its progress. The machine was as fast it got a year or two ago. That’s good enough for me. They really do make it sparkle before reselling. Well done Back Market. I’ll be using them again.

So far the laptop is working perfectly. Condition more like brand new quality. I’ve noticed the battery runs out fairly quickly. However quality and packaging was absolutely spot on. Fully recommend back market.
