I have bought several laptops, desktops and tablets from Back Market. This one was for my partner. She's and using it now and is well pleased with it. Of all the back Market products so far only one failed and it was replaced with a better, newer one which I am currently typing this on. I will (as they say) be back, probably for a reconditioned iWatch.

the first ipad i received did not meet the grade specification but back market and the refurbisher sorted it out in a timely manner and i am very happy with my replacement device! highly recommend using back market as their customer service is amazing in my experience! delivery is quick, returns are quick, decisions on whether the refurbisher will repair/replace/refund are quick! great service throughout my experience, everything is explained well and is very understandable which is important for me as an autistic person! it’s also great because you save so much money while also saving the environment and saying no to modern slavery while also getting a quality device that is practically new!

I always buy my tech from Back Market and have never been disappointed. My latest purchase was this MacBook Air - I opted for the 'excellent condition' and it looked brand new when it arrived, in an Apple box with an Apple charger and 100% battery life. It arrived quickly with great communication from Back Market. Would definitely recommend,

There was no single visible scratch . Laptop looked as brand new as can be, no evidence of wear , it works fine no issues as of yet and hopefully none will occur. Best decision ever made saving money by buying a refurbished Mac Pro rather than brand new, hopefully it lasts as long.

Been using the MacBook now for just over 2 weeks and so far so good. Came at 100% battery capacity and fully sealed in an apple refurbished box. Works just like a brand new one. Only issue is it came with an EU power adapter but for me that wasn’t a problem as I had a spare one lying about. I did invest in the back market protection cover however was still looking to get AppleCare on it. When trying to buy it using the serial number a number of error codes showed up so I guess it’s been disabled by previous owner or tampered with.

My macbook 2020 13.3 - inch 16GB SSD 512 QWERTY arrived today and it was in good condition. Looked brand new with barely any scratches. Hard to tell it has been refurbished (I ordered good). Initially had challenges with mac not coming on but was able to fix that quickly following the online support instructions. Super pleased with the excellent service and smooth process. Highly recommend

Really happy with the price. I was a little concerned of the quality that would arrive but it is like new. Battery still at 100% life as new. Bezel and screen in perfect condition. Only thing I would say is it’s not an original Apple strap or cable but that is not a problem for me. It even fits the straps from my 45mm Apple Watch. Overall very satisfied.

I’m thrilled with my purchase. It was my first time buying a refurbished computer and based on this experience, I’d do it again. You wouldn’t know it wasn’t new. Quick delivery and great product.

I took a chance and went with Back Market, and I couldn't be happier! I went for an Ipad air 2020 model, with the 2nd generation pencil. I've never used Apple products before and I needed the Ipad for work, so this was a big investment for me. Back Market has provided me with an Ipad that looks, feels and operates as if it was brand new. I'm absolutely over the moon with my product. And, it was shipped to my door in just a couple of days. I'll definitely be shopping with Back Market again!
