    I was very worried about receiving refurbished items. However, there was nothing to worry about. A beautiful machine, works perfectly, everything included, apart from a water filter, which I purchased myself easily. Highly recommend BackMarket, the service was amazing, very fast and well packaged.

    Very 'impress'ed with this machine. The coffee taste exceptional, the machine was in great quality with just minor cosmetic wear. The milk frother is incredible to for something automated. Overall outstanding, it's really elevated my coffee experience, especially as I only drink Decaf!

    Machine works perfectly, came well packaged in the original boxing with all the accessories you’d have from new. All the accessories were also new with new descaler. The package arrived early. Only marks are some scratches on the front but apart from that it looks brand new, very happy.

    Even though the condition was listedd as good instead of excellent, you could have fooled me - packaged in the original box with all the extra parts apart from the few bits that we were told about prior to purchase. Delivery was next day as well which exceeded our expectations.

    The breadmaker was supposed to be in good condition, I really don't know if it was used as it came in original box within a box with instructions completely unmarked and looking like brand new. Makes fantastic recipes. Once again Backmarket has come up trumps, thankyou. Why go anywhere else?
