Happy to have a Fairphone, and after three days' work my son has got it operating free of Google. It would be good if it could be provided to operate free of this global near monopoly as standard. The first delivery attempt was a day ahead of schedule, when we were not at home, which was a small hitch, but received next day OK.

I ordered a Fairphone 4 at the end of September 2024. It arrived very quickly and I started to configure it. After a number of difficulties (in my opinion due to Google explaining the configuration help incorrectly, but just in case, I'll mention it here), I was finally able to import my data from my old phone using my Google account. I then inserted my SIM card, and there was a problem: SMS and mobile data were working (a bit too well even for the latter lol, it's a shame you can't cut off mobile data in the same place as WiFi, light, location... but you have to go into the settings and disable their use) but not calls, whereas on my old phone everything was working normally. So I end up with a phone that can't make calls... I sent the parcel back to the reconditioner Bafodu and a week later I found out that the phone was irreparable and irreplaceable, so I got my money back. I wondered whether it had really been reconditioned the first time, given that the function that was having problems could hardly have been more basic, but then again, maybe it was just human error, as can happen. I went to the Back Market site and saw exactly the same phone for sale, but at €30 more... I wou...

Excellent choice. Delivery was fast and the device was reconditioned in its original box. I had the pleasant sensation of having a new phone. This one works perfectly and now corresponds in every way to my expectations. However, I had not understood that the FP3 was equipped with the Google Android version. So I replaced it with an e/os Murena and everything works perfectly! I'd like to suggest that this option could be offered at the time of purchase and everything would be perfect.

The item corresponds to the advert and to what I am looking for. However, it said that the charger cable was supplied and this was not the case. The supplier said that they would only send a cable if we needed one. I think this is a very good approach and I didn't need it, so no problem, but this information should probably be displayed when ordering on Back Market.

The item is in order. However, I had a problem with the SIM card slot and wasn't sure whether it was my SIM card or the connector. I replaced my SIM with an eSIM and it works just as well.

Yes, it's very good for what it was bought for. Big loss of quality and practicality when taking photos compared to the model it replaces*: for a much more recent camera, it's a bit of a shame... *Previous phone in question: Sony Xperia A2

The product is great, the delivery was also fast thanks to the surcharge, BUT it came with a cable and this USB cable is only for charging! I only came up with the idea after many hours of unsuccessful attempts to connect it to the PC. I was then able to connect the device immediately with another USB cable. Something like this is simply unnecessary and annoying in this case it would have been better: 1. TO WRITE SOMETHING LIKE THIS ON THE CABLE AND IT WOULD HAVE BEEN THICK AND BOLD or not to include a cable at all.

Very good condition and it works really great! I am positively surprised by the Fairphone! Much better than my Samsung work mobile phone!
