    Backmarket customer experience was first class. I bought an Apple Watch series 9, which I am slightly disappointed with. It is in excellent condition as described on the site. However, poor battery life is of particular concern to me. I’m still considering returning for exchange/ upgrade.

    I bought this for medical reasons, I have had a stent in recent years and got aspergillosis of the lung so wanted a watch that would read blood oxygen, the watch is very accurate with its readings, my wife is a matron on community and I have checked the watch against her pulse oximeter and the watch gives identical readings so I was very pleased, it’s also very comfortable to wear and very easy to navigate, after 12 hours of wear there was still 50% charge remaining, yes so very pleased so far ..

    The watch itself is perfect. I have no complaints. My only complain and issue with my order is it did not come with the strap it was advertised with. I am an amputee and lost my right arm in an accident so trying to use the sports band it come with is not ideal. I would really like the single loop strap, that this item was advertised with please
