I was firstly skeptical about getting a refurbished iPhone but boy when the iPhone came I was amazed how the iPhone 14 Plus that I got in good condition came with no scratches and it worked really well just that I expected the battery length should be around 91% but came in 85% which is still fine by me. Honestly I will recommend you get a refurbished phone is good

The iPhone 13 is fab, still getting use to it. Would definitely recommend buying a refurbish one, When it arrived was so impressive, thought it was a brand new one, no marks or scratches on it. The service from the time ordered to receiving it was excellent. Definitely recommend backmarket.

Over the moon with my purchase ordered it and was delivered the next day being a pensioner was a bit apprehensive in transferring all my information from my iPhone 8 but I should not of been did everything myself no help needed as for my new. So I have a disability, this has left me bed bound and I heavily rely on my phone to call for help when it's needed. I brought a refurbished one off Amazon, but it caused me so many problems. So after reading the reviews from customers on here i thought I would give it ago. I'm happy the delivery was very quick. And the phone is in good condition. The only things I can say is I ordered a pacific blue colour iPhone 12 Pro Max and I received white, and the battery health is at 87% but these aren't massive issues

I was very sceptical about purchasing a refurbished phone but in all honesty I am shocked at the pristine condition the phone is in! I opted for the iPhone 14 pro as a Christmas gift for my daughter, in excellent condition with no new battery and there isn’t 1 mark, scratch or scuff on it! It wasn’t in it’s original box but did have a charging cable and battery health is at 87%. It is half of the price brand new and to look at, it looks like it is new! Extremely pleased with it and will be purchasing again.

Brilliant experience. My iphone 14 was marked as 'Good' condition but didn't have a scratch on it. Wouldn't have known it wasn't brand new. Plus it was so much cheaper than other refurbishers. Highly recommended and will use Backmarket again.

I bought the premium refurbished iphone 14 pro and I would say you couldn’t tell it from brand new. The screen, body and battery were/felt brand new. Well worth spending the extra! The phone was also shipped quickly, and the whole service with backmarket in general is great. I really recommend using backmarket to buy quality refurbished products :)
