This MacBook Pro was in really good condition. `There were a couple of tiny scratches but that is being very picky as they were barely visible . I am thrilled with my purchase. I did have reservations regarding purchasing a reconditioned laptop but, so far, have not been disappointed. I ordered the MacBook on Friday and received it on the following Tuesday. I was kept informed every step of the way. Would definitely recommend this company and, indeed, have done so already!

Getting a refurbished MacBook M3 was a really great process with Back Market. The device looked practically brand new. Well it did after I wiped it it down and gave it a clean. I got the second grade one due to availability but I was not disappointed. Here’s a professional yet firm review for your experience: I recently purchased a MacBook from this website and, overall, I am very satisfied with its performance. The laptop functions smoothly, meets my expectations, and I truly appreciate the quality Apple provides. However, I specifically chose the “Fair” condition option, fully aware that it might come with some superficial damage. What disappointed me was the unethical practice of placing a “No Return if Removed” sticker over a hidden additional damage. This felt deceptive and unprofessional, as it prevented me from fully assessing the laptop’s condition before committing to keeping it. Transparency is crucial when selling refurbished or pre-owned devices. If the company had been upfront about the actual condition, I would have still considered the purchase but with the right expectations. Other than this issue, I’m happy with the laptop itself and hope it lasts me a long time. I just wish the customer experience had been more honest and professional.

All I can say - they delivered! The laptop looks Good, as I have bought a "Good" state. No obvious signs of wear, unless you start really looking for some, yes you might find a tiny bumps on the edges, but otherwise very happy with such a powerful piece of kit for such a sweet price tag.
