    This MacBook Pro was in really good condition. `There were a couple of tiny scratches but that is being very picky as they were barely visible . I am thrilled with my purchase. I did have reservations regarding purchasing a reconditioned laptop but, so far, have not been disappointed. I ordered the MacBook on Friday and received it on the following Tuesday. I was kept informed every step of the way. Would definitely recommend this company and, indeed, have done so already!

    Here’s a professional yet firm review for your experience: I recently purchased a MacBook from this website and, overall, I am very satisfied with its performance. The laptop functions smoothly, meets my expectations, and I truly appreciate the quality Apple provides. However, I specifically chose the “Fair” condition option, fully aware that it might come with some superficial damage. What disappointed me was the unethical practice of placing a “No Return if Removed” sticker over a hidden additional damage. This felt deceptive and unprofessional, as it prevented me from fully assessing the laptop’s condition before committing to keeping it. Transparency is crucial when selling refurbished or pre-owned devices. If the company had been upfront about the actual condition, I would have still considered the purchase but with the right expectations. Other than this issue, I’m happy with the laptop itself and hope it lasts me a long time. I just wish the customer experience had been more honest and professional.

    I have bought several laptops, desktops and tablets from Back Market. This one was for my partner. She's and using it now and is well pleased with it. Of all the back Market products so far only one failed and it was replaced with a better, newer one which I am currently typing this on. I will (as they say) be back, probably for a reconditioned iWatch.

    I was blown away by the condition of my new macbook! Not a scratch on it and works like a dream! I've always bought my tech refurbished, but I've never known a quality like this.     When I initially opened the box I was slightly disappointed at the condition (I ordered excellent) but quickly realised it is 4 years old & refurbished after all- brand new quality comes at brand new prices. There are some marks on the screen (maybe from where there’s been stickers) but everything works as it should, it’s rapid, & mainly has no problem keeping up with my work load - Recording bands etc Absolutely love this machine & would recommend Backmarket to anyone!

    I ordered the MacBook Pro 16” M1 Pro 1TB 16GB RAM in Excellent Condition, And BackMarket did NOT disappoint!! The MacBook Arrived in it’s original Apple Box, the MacBook AND the chargers all still with the original Apple packaging! The MacBook itself had absolutely no signs of previous use, it’s like someone bought it from apple and left it in the box with the exception of the instructions being removed from the box and a hole being cut in the box for an extra charger! Which isn’t an issue for me at all!! I wasn’t sure if it WAS actually used in the past so I had a look through the settings to see how many battery Charge Cycles it had previously and it only had 2!!! And one of them was me because it was on charge as i was looking! So I am absolutely delighted, Basically brand-new and all for the price of a refurbished MacBook!! Couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Well recommended!

    Another great deal from the guys at BackMarket and the teams of refurbishers around the UK; the first were two Apple iPhone SEs that were in excellent condition and work perfectly, and now this impressive Apple MacBook Pro - also excellent condition and not a mark on it. It replaces our 2009 MacBook which still works incredibly well but is slower than a slow thing. The M2 chip on this new one is amazing!
