    don't ever use this platform. I bought a computer a 11 days ago that was never shipped, and rather than being helped the deliertstatus was fraudulently changed by the supplier and thr customer service reps just stopped responding to my messages. Someone somewhere still has my money I'm left with no computers, no answers and no reason not to go straight to the police. At this stage I just want my money to go elsewhere and be done with these fucking people and their bullshit platform. Don't. Just don't.

    As an appraiser I was already well informed in the world of 'valid' refurbishments and I had my doubts, but I must say that my worries have been disproved, hardware and aesthetics perfect... I was more concerned about a form of 'battery vice', but even there I'm not experiencing a huge drop in performance related to previous use, but even if it had helped, actually for how much I saved I could have sent it in for service, changed it, got a new one and I would have been happy anyway, but that's not the case, so more than fine! I could go on with a very long speech, but actually I can only give it as advice to more people to make such a move very tactically and out of necessity mainly if you also have other expenses to make...do your research and buy what you need because that's what you need and the refurbished one might be for you.

    The communication was really good! Unfortunately the laptop periodically got a BSOD, error code WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. Which meant there is a hardware issue in the cpu, fortunately I managed to fix it. Then again, it is a refurbished laptop so I cannot complain ;)
