    I am very happy with my refurbished phone. I am not happy with the way I receive the money back for my old phone. I don’t understand why the money could be paid to me on the card I paid with. I’m not happy giving my bank details and drinking licence information.

    It’s the real thing - very good quality and 1/3rd of the price. I can see why apple charge what they do for these covers as they are really good. Can’t quite see how Back Market sell them so cheap, but I don’t care - happy days!!

    The phone arrived as expected and is in near perfect condition. Everything works as intended and the battery life is way better than the iPhone 8+ I had previously. The screen protector is the usual Faff to get in place without bubbles and straight but works very well and seems to resist finger-prints really well. The case is adequate but is nothing special. It leaves the camera lenses exposed and since the lens opening is 34X36mm that's quite a large area not protected. The case does provide a lip around that area so it is OK on a flat surface, but I would prefer a clear covering on this are to stop any chance of scratches. Overall I accept that this relatively small deficit is to some extent a result of the phone design. I'd give Backmarket 9/10.

    The protective case is not an especially tight fit, so bits of the phone have a tendency to 'pop out' in your pocket. Meanwhile the silicon screens are so thick that I cannot actually get fingerprint recognition to work at all.
