    I was sceptical about buying a refurbished phone but am so happy I did! I wouldn't have known it wasn't brand new. Would highly recommend. The battery lasts for at least 2 days as well.     The OnePlus 10T I ordered from BackMarket is absolutely brilliant. Despite it being refurbished its condition is like new. The phone has got no mark and it works perfectly. My only concern was the battery life , being a used one, but I have to say that I'm poositively impressed by it and it looksas new after testing it with some battery apps. For the price is was an absolute bargain.

    IV bought 2 iPhone XR and OnePlus 8. All come in excellent condition and fully working. The only issue is on the OnePlus 8, where the Google micro phone button don't pick up any sound but the mic works for everything else

    The phone was in good condition as described, with only a few minor signs of use. Doesn't even make a difference to me anyway as the first thing I bought was a protective folding case which covers the back of the phone, and the screen is immaculate. Battery life is as I would expect from any high powered smartphone, and probably better than I would expect from a used one. As a bonus, the "warp charge" feature on this model lets me go from 20% to full in about half an hour, so I'm sure battery life wont be much of an issue even when it starts to deteriorate in the future. That said, I would have liked a warp charger to be included in the deal as it's a feature specific to this phone, and my old charger didn't have the output for it. I do understand the sustainability aspect of not sending unnecessary chargers with every phone though, and can't complain at the price. All in all, I've had the phone about a month now and can't find fault with it at all, so a very happy customer!
