When I received my iPhone 14 Plus I was amazed on it transferred my data from my old phone and the battery life health wasn’t at 100% but that was expected but I thought it would be at 100% considering I got it in Excellent condition but overall I love it and would recommend back market to anyone

Ordered the iPhone 14 plus (Excellent) from PhoneDirect. The phone was delivered the following day after ordering (way faster than expected). The phone looks and feels brand new and has a 100% baterry capacity. No scratches anywhere at all! The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because during the setup process, the phone kept freezing and would restart. I had to use my laptop and restore the phone before I could start the setup again. Other than that, the phone has been amazing. I love it!

This was my first time ordering an “iPhone 14 Plus” in the condition “excellent” from this website. Before purchasing I was really skeptic about how it would turn out. But instead I was really happy with my order. The delivery was extremely quick which I was not expecting. And the iPhone itself, turned out so good as well. I ordered good condition IPhone 14 Plus. It’s in perfect condition. I wasn’t able to find any scratches at all. The phone has been working perfectly from day 1 and battery is 92%. Supplied by Best4Tech. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Pleased with phone, only gripe I had was it was a bit grubby! I thought maybe they were cleaned as part of being reconditioned?

Happy though there is a deep scratch on side of phone which I didn’t expect for an excellent condition refurbished phone, all else good though.
