I received my order within a couple days (I did order it in the evening so probably would've been quicker!) and to say I ordered it in fair condition I was very happy! It actually included more than I thought it would after reading the description, the only thing I needed to do was download the manual on my laptop from online! The only noticeable things was a few scratches on the drip tray and you could tell the milk jug had had some use but I think to say its refurbished and fair condition this is very good!!! I just cleaned up the jug with some stain remover and it looked brand new! and as for the scratches on the drip tray, I bought this coffee machine as an upgrade. I bought a cheap espresso machine a couple years ago so I know how easy it is to catch scratches with the drip tray so this didn't bother me because I thought I was probably going to end up getting a few accidental scuffs on it myself! I've got sage coffee maker for over a year now, and I cannot imagine my life without it! After going through reviews I've decided to buy fair condition and what I got is great machine with a few scratches. Don't buy new! Buy used ones. Save the planet and your wallet!

Easy to use app with easy ordering using ApplePay. Shipping status was lagged but was surprised when it arrived early. The description of what is missing could have better and my suggestion would be to show all included and not included items.

I do really love my coffee maker and it is in really good condition but if I'd done my research a bit better I would have spotted that by the time I replaced the accessories that were missing - the doser, the cleaning disc, the cleaning tablets and descaler - I would have been able to buy the same model new from John Lewis. I do like the planet saving element of Back Market but think the goods should be priced more accordingly.

Cracking machine, had been well looked after and cleaned up before arriving to me, does exactly what it says on the tin doesn’t come with an instruction manual but it’s easy enough tough to figure out and with YouTube you’ll be set in no time.

I couldn't be happier with the machine! The condition is brand new (in my view) despite it literally not being new, including the packaging, which was satisfying to encounter when opening the box. I've had the machine about a month now and can't fault it, it's working perfectly. Very happy I made the choice to buy from Back Market and will be recommending the same to others.

Can't lie, I was sceptical. I've never used Back Market before although the website gave me confidence of a professional business. I checked out TripAdvisor reviews and was impressed. This juicer is £300 new and I just couldn't stretch to that right on top Christmas. The condition was described as excellent and the blender was half the price of a brand new one, with a 12 month warranty so I was sold. The blender arrived next day! I did not expect with Christmas deliveries to receive it next day. I was promptly informed of the tracking process and the blender is practically brand new! Components were still wrapped in original plastic. I'm so impressed with Back Market and I won't even hesitate when I need to replace my phone soon. A new customer for life.
