This was a replacement of a Nokia 7.2 with 64GB, I am completely satisfied. 1 issue, the pin key supplied to open the chip holder was not compatible i.e. long enough. I improvised with a safety pin and all is well. Thank you Back Market for your service.

So far, so good! I migrated from a Sony Xperia to this Nokia and like it quite a lot, now that I'm getting used to some of the differences. The handset itself is well constructed and feels good in the hand. The system is pretty intuitive. I haven't used the camera much but the few photos that I've taken look much better than what the poor old Sony was able to snap. Very satisfied with this purchase. :)

Having had Nokia before I was looking to replace and upgrade after mine got damaged I was pointed in towards back market and love my replacement. The service price and aftercare have been second to none.not sure the phone I received was a 64 GB as the phone details when i go into them states 32 So some questions there ??

Awesome company, I ordered my phone at 2am on Friday 2am and it came Saturday morning ! The phone is great for the price even though there are a couple of new applications because it's a few years old, but it downloads everything I use and works great, brilliant

Phone was in excellent condition, arrived a day earlier than the estimate and communication was very good. My only gripe was that the package was left on my doorstep, rather than put through the letterbox.

This was a direct replacement phone for the same model, as the older model was getting slow. However, nothing changed, it was just as sluggish as the old unit. The product was well packaged and clean throughout. I would buy again from BackMarket. Great service.

As with my previous purchase, the phone is fine. The only quibble was that the cable wasn't correct for the phone. It was a C type and was the same at both ends, by which I mean that it was the small C type at both ends, the same as would fit into other phones. The phone was for my son and fortunately the cable for his previous phone fitted so he could charge.

Phone is working okay. No scratches to it. Box is simple enough and packaging is okay. Because of the RAM pf this phone, it might be suited for elderly people who need a phone for calls and text only. Anyway, I only bought it to keep my roaming sim active and this is the cheapest that I could put a nanosim on. Otherwise, opt for something else if you plan on using multiple apps
