Great quality of phone, good service as advertised. However on the topic of Huawei as there are issues between them and Google it is not an ideal phone for someone living in the UK as many of the apps are not functional or available in our region. Still great device and service so I cannot give a bad review. Just a heads up for anyone thinking of getting Huawei. (There are ways around this but they introduce security issues, so not ideal if it's for banking / trading applications based in the west that rely on Google play store)

I was worried about buying a phone online but I need not have been. The device was in virtually "new" condition as I bought one rated "excellent". Price was very competitive and customer service from Oclin, over a minor matter, has been outstanding. I don't believe I have ever had such quick responses from any firm. Would definitely use again.

it wasn't bad but the charging port was a bit lose causing troubles charging but that doesn't matter now as I have dropped this phone more times than I can remember this reivew comes in about 1 year and a bit from purchase

This phone came next day,as stated unlocked was not first choice because the other by different customer had not a other one at same price customer service were very helpful up to this time, been using backmarket for couple year's and phone LOOK in better condition than advising I'd use again thanks 👍

Phone was OK it was just really hard to put everything on it Google, WhatsApp, email etc I bought my mum this one expecting it to be really easy to set up like mine last week HUAWEI to HUAWEI but it wasn't easy like mine. Anyway got there after 6 hours messing about.

I was a bit cautious about this website. Not ever hearing of it before and thinking the prices were too good to be true but I was totally wrong. Incredible website, such a good deal on a phone ESPECIALLY when phones are too expensive nowadays. Think I'd only ever use this website in future. If you're reading this I recommend you to do the same.

Was sceptical about buying a phone from this site but can say I was pleasantly surprised. Received the phone the next day and it's in excellent condition and complete working order. Will definatley be using back market again.

I was really happy with this phone. The only issues I had which were minor were the camera isn't amazing and I could have done with more space. 2 years later now it's on it's last legs (partly my clumsiness) I just ordered the same phone again. Screen is a really good size and everything worked as it should. I'm not very tech-savvy but I use my phone every day for work, entertainment etc. and it did the job for me. I recommend getting a silicone case to protect it.

Amazing service i ordered the phone at 4pm and it was delivered by 2pm the next day very impressed and the phone is perfect I will definitely be a returning costumer now top service
