Item arrived very quickly 👍, it arrived Loose in a small plastic bag, wrapped in a small A5 size bubble wrap in an A4 sized Jiffy bag....no box? 👎, looking at Onebuy.com I can buy this item brand new for a few quid less than this has cost refurbished👎. luckily the watch arrived in perfect condition but it was sent to me with very little care and consideration and is obviously overpriced.

The watch came well packaged and on time. It was supplied with aftermarket straps and charger, but that wasn't an issue as they both work fine. This was an 'excellent' condition purchase and it's a fair evaluation as the screen and bezel are in mint condition. A couple of signs of wear on the underside but that's never going to be seen anyway. It probably doesn't get the full usage time that Samsung state so whether that's down to their over optimism or the fact that the battery isn't quite 100% I'm not sure, but it lasts a good day and a half with the always on screen turned off. So just a couple of little things that remind that it's a refurbished product, but given the price I'd say it's great value for money, and I'd happily use Back Market again in the future 👍

The watch is in Excellent condition, if I didn't know it was refurbished I would have thought it was new. A genuine Samsung charging plug would have been nice as i have only older USB chargers and it takes a VERY long time to charge. I had to buy 1 on Amazon. Now it charges faster.

The watch is practically brand new. Either I was lucky, or the refurbishment in this case was amazing. Package had clearly been opened (from new), and some of the plastic packaging holding stuff together was ripped, but the watch itself is in perfect condition. 100% recommended, and looking forward to my 3rd purchase 👍

Fantastic experience, I'm not sure if I got a new device or refurbished, the box was sealed and everything inside too. I'm beyond happy with a great deal I have got. And the watch Galaxy 5 pro is really cool.

Watch came very quickly and in excellent condition. My only small gripe is that it came with a very cheap generic strap which lessened the appearance of the watch. Im not sure the battery life is quite as good as Samsung suggest, but then i expect this has something to do with it being a refurb. Id say it lasts 2 days with certain battery savung features rather than the 80hrs advertised

Device arrived quickly and was in excellent condition as expected. The only slight niggle was that the watch face was covered in fingerprints, to the point I thought it was damaged. A quick clean and the device was immaculate.

best thing i got from back market as a returning costumer- usually even excellent condition devices the battery health is very low and the battery dies fast. the battery on this watch lasts ages & it truly was excellent condition

Really rate the watch, I was worried based on other backmarket reviews but I got a grey 43mm Galaxy Watch 6 Classic in excellent condition. I was also concerned that the battery life of the watch wouldn't be good based on overall analyses but was pleasantly surprised
