We received the wrong model and only found out when we went to purchase the screen protector and case! We were told by the shop assistant that we received an Xperia 1 III instead of the Xperia 5 III! Hence we had to purchase the screen protector and case for the Xperia 1 III instead. This phone was an urgent replacement for my spouse and had already been set up by them according to their needs and preference. Hence, my spouse is unwilling to go through the hassle of sending the phone back for a replacement as it is detrimental for my their online business. Would the 12-month warranty still apply given that this is an error by BackMarket?

Phone won't charge, every time I try to report issue it takes me to the US website and says I can't report an issue as I don't have any orders !!!!!! never again, hate this site and app. No number to call, no email address to contact !!.
