1/5Back Market list phones for sale which their third party sellers do not have in stock. Got refunded, re-ordered, exact repeat. No phone shipped. All they have managed to sell me is a £15 case for a phone I can't get. Annoying first time trying to buy a 'refurbished' phone.

2.5/5the phone has arrived but is logged into the previous owner's icloud and i can't turn their findmyphone off. this seems like a huge breach of privacy as well as the massive disappointment of receiving a phone that i can't use!
