    I absolutely adore my old-new (refurbished) iPad 9.7 (2018). Not only did I get it for a fantastic price - I thought I'd plump for 'good' condition as it was so affordable - it is in mint condition. The perfect size for travel! I would not buy refurbished anywhere else.

    I ordered a Dell Precision 3581 from Back Market and so far I am very happy with my purchase. My laptop arrived promptly and it's condition was comparable with brand new. Everything works perfectly. It was a huge saving versus a new one and it's also great to have saved a lot of waste by choosing a refurbished product. Great experience - would definitely recommend!

    In one word: Lovely The iPad was in mint condition as advertised. It was officially registered as a refurbished sale with Apple and therefore covered by Apple's remaining original warranty, with the option to add AppleCare+ on top of it. Backmarket offers their own insurance products as well to cover it from accidental damage. What's not to like?

    Even though listed as in 'good' condition it was nearly immaculate! After putting an Otterbox Defender case and screen protector on there's no way you'd know that this wasn't a brand new ipad pro! Arrived very quickly, only downside was the 3rd party 10W charger and cable that came with it instead of the 20W official Apple one, so it's very slow to charge. Would certainly come back in future to by a reconditioned piece of tech saving myself money instead of buying new!

    Cannot believe how fantastic this second hand iPad is! I visited the Apple Store first to check out prices and try the iPads. Upon checking Back Market, I knew that the price of the refurbished Pro was worth it if it was as good as the blurb indicated. I was hoping and praying it would be in good condition and it absolutely was. It arrived quickly and securely and is brilliant. One absolutely teeny mark on the back that you wouldn’t notice without super close inspection - but the screen and functionality is perfect. So pleased. Thank you all 😊

    The Ipad itself is very good quality!! I’m pretty sure it came in an apple refurbished box fully sealed as I chose the pristine condition, After a couple of weeks using it it works amazingly and 100% would recommend buying second hand!! However I’ve also brought a newer Iphone recently as well as an ipad and the trade in process is extremely interesting to say the least, the tracking never updates and the offered amount is extortionately low for what it was worth? So definitely be weary when trading in…. But despite the trade in both my ipad and phone work better than expected!!

    I was replacing an old iPad Air 2 that i had had from longer than i can remember. Having purchased refurbished phones from my children rom Backmarket, decided to give and iPad a go. Device was described as "very good" but honestly, I can't see a single mark on the device. The set up was very easy out of the box and a big saving vs buying new from Apple. All delivered in under 24hours from placing the order!

    Prompt delivery 👍🏻 Excellent communication 👍🏻 I was recommended Back Market to buy the iPad from as I didn’t want to spend a lot money on one, but was a little sceptical about buying a refurbished item.     the first ipad i received did not meet the grade specification but back market and the refurbisher sorted it out in a timely manner and i am very happy with my replacement device! highly recommend using back market as their customer service is amazing in my experience! delivery is quick, returns are quick, decisions on whether the refurbisher will repair/replace/refund are quick! great service throughout my experience, everything is explained well and is very understandable which is important for me as an autistic person! it’s also great because you save so much money while also saving the environment and saying no to modern slavery while also getting a quality device that is practically new!
