I’m genuinely delighted. I went for ‘good’ condition rather than excellent because the iPad was for me to take on site at work, so I wasn’t too worried about minor scratches etc. The quality and appearance was perfect. I couldn’t see any marks or defects that I was expecting at all….to the point that I felt I needed to buy a screen protector and case to make sure I don’t add any! I was impressed with the packaging and the accessories that were included even down to the key for the SIM card slot (I wasn’t expecting that) which was taped to the inside of the box. I feel like the attention to detail just adds to this overall positive experience. I was dubious at first about buying secondhand, especially Apple products, but I can honestly say it’s like it’s as good as new. I have recommended Backmarket to family and friends.

I bought and IPAD air 5th generation with wifi and 5G for £477, when the real market value is about £900 at the moment. I was quite apprehensive as the condition was mentioned as "Fair" instead of Good or Very Good. I think the sellers were being modest, as the Ipad was in mint condition. I've had the device for the past 2-3 days and it's running in absolutely great condition. Suprisingly I also received a super-fast charger in the package, which was unexpected as I was only hoping for the Ipad to be delivered. I must say I don't think I will go to high street shopping ever again. Well done, BackMarket!
