I was a little concerned about buying a reconditioned Ipad, but it is absolutely great. The condition is almost unused,I don't know how they rated it just as "Good". I will certainly be using Back Market in the future.

Delighted with my iPad mini 4 - its quality and performance. My only disappointment was to discover that iOS could not be updated beyond 15.8.4. Some of the apps I wanted to install required iOS 16 or above. But I am finding work-arounds and identifying instances where having the iPad really fills in a gap. Good value for money!

The iPad was very clean, hardly a mark on it. It was difficult to tell that it wasn't new. It has replaced an iPad mini V2 which had given me good service for many years. The display is cleaner and sharper, the only criticism I have is that the fingerprint recognition does not always work first time. Can be a bit of a nuisance.

My iPad mini is working well. The set up was tricky as my old (overused) iPad was a newer model so I was not able to do the simple transfer of data I had to unload and reload. As an add on to your service it might be good to have a section that helps buyer with transfers in various circumstances. That said all good :)
