Ipad arrived right on time, very pleased with the condition of the ipad. It was a present for my daughter and she loves it. This is the second product I have bought from black market and I have no complaints would definitely buy from them again.

Most incredible thing I have ever bought from this site. Ordered the excellent condition for a brilliant price and it is indeed perfect. I use it everyday and it is in impeccable condition with a battery health of 100%. The only thing i will say when buying on backmarket is the prices change everyday so make sure you check a couple of days and buy as soon as you see the price drop because it fluctuates. Other than that it was amazing.

Bought an iPad Pro, came with a crack in the corner of the screen. Refunding was fairly easy, but left feeling disappointed as no apology was provided and I was left empty handed with no compensation. The next cheapest option on the site post refund was £60 more expensive so overall just not a great experience.

iPad arrived faulty - screen was not responding correctly. iPad was sent back to be fixed or replaced. Back Market chose instead to refund the iPad despite having the same model and quality available on their website - however for an increased price, which means if we were to buy again and replace the faulty iPad they sent, we would have to pay more. Can't get in touch with anyone, terrible customer service.

Habe das iPad Pro 11" 265GB (Silber) im Zustand "Sehr Gut" gekauft und man muss wirklich sagen, dass es dem Zustand mehr als gerecht wird. Das Display hatte keine Kratzer und das Gehäuse so gut wie auch nicht. Hier und da ganz kleine dunkle Macken die aber nur auffallen wenn man sich mit ner Taschenlampe davor stellt. Da ich aber sowieso eine Hülle nutze macht mir das so oder so nichts aus. Der Akku befindet sich bei 85,52% Kapazität nach gerade einmal 79 Ladezyklen was auch genau der Beschreibung entspricht, da BackMarket garantiert, dass die Geräte noch mindestens 85% Kapazität besitzen. Mehr Kapazität wäre schön gewesen aber ich glaube bei einem fast 5 Jahre alten Gerät ist das Meckern auf zu hohem Niveau. Im Lieferumfang gab es ein neues USB-C zu USB-C Ladekabel und ein neu verpackter Power Adapter der Marke "Aduro". Leider keine OVP aber dafür eine sehr sehr gute und sichere Pappschachtel in der das iPad "bombenfest" eingespannt wurde, sodass auch keine Lieferschäden hätten entstehen können. Das iPad war mein erster Kauf auf BackMarket und auch mein erster Kauf eines Refurbished-Produktes. Ich bin sehr überzeugt und werde es definitiv wieder tun!
