I had never used BackMarket before this purchase but I would definitely use again. Excellent clear website and communications about delivery. The ipad was well-packaged and good enough to give as a gift. I am glad I selected the 12.9 iPad Pro - it is a great size for a poorly sighted person who needs to enlarge the text. The iPad was clean, responsive and almost like getting a new one!

The iPad is excellent. Unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong address. I was very fortunate to have spoken to a nice long term resident of our village who managed to track down where it was delivered to. The address was not remotely the same as mine.

Good condition. Tiny scratch on the screen so perhaps condition should have been 'fair', but otherwise blemish-free and works perfectly. Battery life very good for a 6 year old device.

Purchased a 2nd Gen IPad Pro. Really fast delivery, well inside expected times. Excellent. However, packaging was really poor. Mine had a piece of brown cardboard, doubled over to form one side that was taped, ‘hot cross bun style’, to a thin piece of white styrofoam forming a weak, open sided, sleeve, inside which was my iPad, itself being inside a clear plastic bag. Looked like something my 5 year old would have put together…badly. This time the item wasn’t damaged…but if you continue/maintain this approach, I guarantee a high proportion of items will collect unnecessary damage. iPad itself, is super. Still early days, but very happy with what I’ve seen so far. Sort the packaging issue out and the entire process will be as super slick as your website. Best. Nige.
